Jillian Proniewych

Jillian Proniewych, PT, DPT

Jillian Proniewych, Doctor of Physical Therapy, is an expert in manual therapy who has worked with the Broadway casts of Fiddler on the Roof and American Psycho, as well as the hit series Quantico on ABC. As a former collegiate track and field athlete, she specializes in sports injuries with a focus in manual therapy, vestibular and post-concussion rehabilitation. Dr. Proniewych is passionate about delivering the highest quality of care. She achieves this by the restoration of high functional movement and sound biomechanics, patient advocacy, and quelling pain.

In addition to practicing physical therapy, Doctor Proniewych has been a teaching assistant in Stony Brook’s Doctorate program and has volunteered hours to Stay Fit – Play Fit!, a fitness program for children battling cancer. She prides herself on being a lifelong learner and enjoys taking continuing education courses from the Institute of Physical Art, various sports medicine symposiums, and the American Physical Therapy Association.

Jillian earned her Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy at Stony Brook University; her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science at Ursinus College. She is a member of Alpha Eta, the National Honor Society for Allied Health Professions, and a member of Phi Epsilon Kappa, Exercise and Sport Science Honor Society.
